Frequently asked
I don't have great photos — just iPhone shots. Will they print?
Yes. iPhone photos from the last 5 years print great up to 16×20 and most book sizes. For larger formats we recommend the senior-night photographer or anything taken on a real camera.
Can I order bulk for the whole senior class?
Yes — booster clubs and schools can set up a team page and route a share of orders back to the athletic program. Bulk pricing kicks in at 10+ of the same product.
How long does shipping take?
Posters + framed prints: 3-5 business days. Books: 7-10 business days. Cards + smaller items: 2-3 days. Expedited available at checkout.
Can I edit after I order?
Once it ships, no. Before it ships there's typically a 24-hour edit window. Digital deliverables (flipbooks, presentations) are editable forever.
