Do you offer net-30 invoicing for corporate orders?
Yes — orders over $500 can be invoiced. Email orders@mypiclab.com from a corporate domain to set up an account.
Can my whole team order from a shared brand kit?
Yes — upload your brand assets (logo, fonts, colors) once and everyone on the team can use them via a team workspace. Workspaces are free for teams of 5+.
What about copyright on imported photography?
You're responsible for having the rights to any photos you upload. We don't audit, but standard stock-photo licensing applies — your CMP can include this in their compliance review.
Can I get printed samples before committing to bulk?
Yes — for orders over 50 units we comp one sample. For smaller bulk we offer a sample at standard pricing that you can re-order in bulk after approval.
